Easily handle extra-heavy tubes with a single tube weight of more than 1.2 tons and a diameter of ∅ more than 350mm. Even though ∅ 520mm (20.47″） Mega series laser tube cutting machines are widely used in engineering machinery, bridges and tunnels, construction machinery, steel structures, and other industries, helping enterprises to improve quality and efficiency.

3D bevel laser cutting

It not only realizes ±45° standard bevel cutting, but also excels in complex groove processing, such as fine grooves within 45°, complex Y-shaped grooves, and even round and square groove holes on the pipe surface.
The finished product is seamlessly spliced and easy to weld, effectively reducing welding defects such as pores and slag inclusions, while enhancing the strength and sealing of the welded joint.
