Mega3 fully automatic laser pipe cutting machine is equipped with 3 chucks to realize continuous cutting of large diameter metal pipes. Three-chuck design makes laser cutting more stable, more precise, and more efficient.

Heavy-duty pneumatic “3+1” chucks

Stable and reliable. The chuck clamping force can be adjusted visually, conveniently and quickly. The third chuck adopts a double-sided clamping design and has the function of clamping, pulling or supporting pipes.

Bevel laser cutting (Optional)

The maximum bevel cutting angle is ±45°, which can easily handle pipe bevel cutting and bevel cutting.

Multi-point clamping support

During the heavy pipe cutting process, the pipe is clamped by multiple chucks for all-round multi-point floating support. While providing strong support to heavy pipes, it also functions to correct pipe deformation.
